At Boston Scally Co., we want to make sure your cap fits your head and your style perfectly. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or style, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
